MaineHousing proposes to issue tax-exempt single family mortgage bonds and notes in one or more series. Amounts to be used to redeem single family mortgage bonds issued to finance, and to redeem single family mortgage bonds that were used to finance the acquisition, construction, and improvement of owner occupied residences in the State of Maine. MaineHousing has prepared a report of its Federal FY2026 State of Maine Recovery Housing Program Activities covering the period of October 1, 2025 through September 20, 2026. MaineHousing is accepting public comment on the Recovery Housing Program Annual Report. and must be received by MaineHousing no later than 5pm on October 28, 2026.
